2. RESPONSIBILITIESThe ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent management skills, and extensive experience working with multinational teams and companies. Exposure to US and Australian work cultures is highly preferred. The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding the team through the software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using technologies such asReact for front-end development, Go for back-end development, Blockchain technologies (Polygon, ImmutableX etc), and SQL for database management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to develop new features and improve existing functionalities.
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability by optimizing code and system resources. Debug and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
- Document code, architecture, and system components to facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and software engineering.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's development processes.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
3. REQUIREMENT- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar leadership role in a software engineering team.
- Strong technical background with extensive experience infullstack development, particularly with React, Go, and SQL.
- Experience with Blockchain technologies such as Polygon, ImmutableX, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS cloud platform and services. Security experience or certifications.
- Proficiency in using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web services for data exchange. Experience with SQL database design, optimization, and management.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Experience working with multinational teams and exposure to US and Australian work cultures.
- Optional:
- PHP experience (in particular WordPress plugin development).
- Python experience (in particular integration tests).
