Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Finance and Accounting at Leather Shoes Manufactory located in c Ha district. The Head of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for managing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. They will also lead the accounting team, oversee the preparation of financial statements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
