THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for Head of Health Provider Management who
- Designs and Execute a wide medical provider partnership network in Vietnam to enable digital onboarding by provider portal, enable provide performance management and seamless communication, powered by analytics.
- Develop deep relationships across medical partners in Vietnam delivering cost effective and customer focused medical network provider outcomes.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluation and selection of benchmark requirements for clinical and hospital partners inclusive of partner selection.
- Establish medical network provider management framework and principals.
- Ongoing relationship management and monitoring of medical provider network.
- Accountable for onboarding seamlessly all new medical providers for AIA Vietnam.
- Accountable for monitoring ongoing medical provide partner contracts and SLA, inclusive of management reporting.
- Accountable for the ongoing growth and development of the AIA Vietnam Medical Provider Network.
- Accountable to work collaboratively with Customer Office Strategy for ongoing data management and insights and implementing with medical provider partners continuous improvement to costs and services.
- Accountable for continuous engagement and communication practices with medical provider network.
- Accountable to create relationships both internally and externally for market leading medical provider network capability.
- Accountable for the ongoing monitoring and compliance of all medical provider network contracts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Doctorate of Medicine
- MBA or equivalent, strong understanding of business
- 5+ years practice of Medicine in Hospital environment
- Experience in health insurance/services, health network development.
- Mature negotiation and stakeholder management experience
- Solid managerial skills with strong people development experience
- Strong Presentation Skills (design and Delivery)
- Ability to work strongly independently and collaboratively
- Language: Vietnamese (native) & English (proficiency)
