JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruitment
- Identify human resource needs, recruit for positions within the Corporation and coordinate recruitment support with HRs of subsidiaries within the corporation. Carry out recruitment work from posting job searches, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Organize recruitment activities to ensure the Company's operational goals and business strategies. Develop a recruitment brand development strategy.
Policy and benefits
- Develop and implement regulations, propose welfare policies, measures to encourage and stimulate employees to work, coordinate with department heads in training and disciplining employees; create employee engagement.
- Issue and communicate company policies and regulations to employees.
- Plan to implement general welfare policies for the group such as health check-ups, insurance, holiday plans, Tet; and other benefits.
Train
- Develop and organize employee training activities appropriate to the corporation. Coordinate with management to conduct needs assessments to determine training needs and types of training required to improve performance and productivity.
Building employee relations
- Resolve employee concerns, complaints and disputes during the work process through HR specialists of subsidiaries. At the same time, listen to feedback from management and employees to be able to develop a culture and engagement program for employees in the company.
Consulting for Board of Directors and HR team management in the corporation
- Provide human resource information to the Board of Directors. Propose and give advice on human resource solutions suitable for the development of the corporation and its subsidiaries.
- Participate in developing and proposing plans to restructure the organizational structure and organize the implementation of plans to innovate models and restructure the company's organization.
- Develop policies, regulations and manage human resource related activities: Probationary regime, labor contracts, salaries, bonuses, annual leave, disciplinary procedures, recruitment procedures, employee evaluation procedures, etc.
Internal activities (in coordination with Communications department)
- Develop, implement, and supervise the implementation of collective activities, team bonding to form corporate culture.
- Preside over and be responsible for organizing and coordinating work to ensure the organization of events: Associations, meetings, tours... towards the goals of building corporate culture and welfare,...
Human resource management
- Deploy and supervise the implementation of human resources policies (wages, salaries, bonuses, insurance, taxes, regimes, etc.) and resolve questions and complaints about regimes and policies when they arise; Organize the resolution of work related to labor relations, discipline, emulation, and rewards.
- Represent/On behalf of the Corporation in receiving and handling legal matters related to internal affairs within the corporation.
- Control and manage the work of the group's human resources, directly report the operation of the human resources department to the Company's Board of Directors.
Organize and perform administrative work according to functions and tasks and as required by the Board of Directors.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar position at companies with 100-300 employees.
- Understanding of Labor Law, Personal Income Tax, Insurance, legal regulations on Human Resources, understanding of candidate assessment tools (IQ, EQ, etc.), knowledge of human resource management tools (KPI, competency framework, etc.)
- Time management skills, able to withstand work pressure.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Honest, sensitive to data, logical thinking.
- Prestigious, careful, accurate reporting, high confidentiality.
