Scope of work
- Develop a marketing strategy (Conventional and Digital) to drive brand awareness and sales, exhibitingand proactively achieving brand voice and guidelines.
- Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives from conception to launch, followed by analysis.
- Lead the full cycle of content creation and production, managing website, and social mediacommunications.
- Create a Digital presence with brand recognition, large followerships, and engagement across allchannels (website, FB, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
- Develop and manage marketing budget; analyze and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns,including ROI and other relevant business metrics.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Attend and execute on-site marketing events as needed in support of marketing efforts such asmasterclasses, bartender guest shifts, trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
- Hiring and managing the performance of junior roles.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or higher in a related field.
- Language proficiency: fluent in English and Vietnamese speaking and writing.
- Professional skills: Content writing, Communication, Creativity, Growth hacking, Project management
- Technical skills: Content creation and management software and systems, marketing automation tools,SEO, SEM, Content, Social Media, Influencer, Email marketing, CRM, Data & Analytics
- Experience in F&B marketing in either in-house or agency setting, possessing knowledge in spirits is aplus point.
