Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Set marketing goals and performance metrics to track effectiveness and ROI.
Brand Management:
Oversee the creation and maintenance of a strong brand image across all marketing channels.
Develop brand messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
Manage product launches, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Digital & Traditional Marketing:
Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
Oversee traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, trade shows, and promotional events.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms and mediums.
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide opportunities for professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, including campaign results and market feedback.
Present findings and recommendations to the executive team.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust strategies as needed.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
