JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operations of Nursing/Patient Care Services in a clinic setting. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assures competency of all nursing personnel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide medical care and treatment to patients, supervised by the General Manager and Doctors.
- Organize nurse department schedules at the clinic, ensuring adequate manpower for services.
- Manage a team of 8 full-time nurses, coordinating with part-time nurses when needed.
- Ensure a smooth patient flow within the clinic.
- Take vital signs and draw blood from various patient groups.
- Maintain the highest nursing standards to ensure quality patient care.
- Stay updated on professional nursing standards through continuing education and development as per Department of Health regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Nursing Degree with a minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Nurse Medical License
- Patience, ability to collaborate with the team, and a patient-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English Proficiency
- Ensure all patients and relatives are treated with respect and dignity at all times
- Work efficiently in stressful situations and able to respond to challenging situations
- Locally based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
