Summary
Our partner is seeking an accomplishedHead of Planningwith experience in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the planning strategy within a renowned and large-scale food & beverage manufacturing company. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that all supply planning is effective, and for developing mid- and long-term planning aligned with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop short and mid-term planning strategies aligned with business objectives and overall strategy.
- Plan production schedules for finished products, raw materials, packaging, and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) for factories based on sales demand forecasts, reviewing monthly and quarterly to align with short-term (1 year) and medium-term (3 years) business goals.
- Control and update inventory policies and MRP data, including quota arrangements, coverage profiles, planned delivery times, etc. in SAP following changes (such as new products or formula adjustments) to ensure accurate calculation of production needs for finished products and materials.
- Execute the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process within assigned responsibilities to formulate and approve business production plans, optimizing production efficiency, leveraging local business advantages (if applicable), managing operational costs, and maintaining customer service standards in short and mid-term business plans.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in supply planning within a large-scale manufacturing organization, preferably in Food and Beverage manufacturing or the FMCG manufacturing industry.
- At least 5+ years in a leadership role, managing a team of 8-10 staffs.
