Our Client Is a Leading Financial Services Company In Vietnam Who Is Looking For a Qualified Candidate To Join Their Firm

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and ensure these are met or exceeded.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
    • Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages collaboration and individual growth.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
    • Oversee the development and management of a robust client database.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
  • Sales Operations and Performance:
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the executive team.
    • Ensure efficient and effective sales processes and workflows.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, underwriting, claims) to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
  • Market Expansion and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new market segments and sales opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategies for expanding the company's market presence and increasing market share.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's reputation and business network.
  • Budget and Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the sales department budget.
    • Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets and company policies.
    • Provide regular financial and sales performance reports to the executive team.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional sales certifications are preferred.
  • 8y+ sales experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of non-life insurance products and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
