Our Client Is a Leading Financial Services Company In Vietnam Who Is Looking For a Qualified Candidate To Join Their Firm
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and ensure these are met or exceeded.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages collaboration and individual growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
- Oversee the development and management of a robust client database.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
- Sales Operations and Performance:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the executive team.
- Ensure efficient and effective sales processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, underwriting, claims) to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
- Market Expansion and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new market segments and sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding the company's market presence and increasing market share.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's reputation and business network.
- Budget and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the sales department budget.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets and company policies.
- Provide regular financial and sales performance reports to the executive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or professional sales certifications are preferred.
- 8y+ sales experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of non-life insurance products and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
