Our client, a global stock company, is looking for a top-notch talent to join their firm:
- Responsible for establishing, managing, and developing retail business operations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of retail products and services.
- Support relevant departments in developing operational policies for retail business activities (such as incentive policies for official brokers or affiliates).
- Responsible for building the brand and capturing market share in retail.
Requirements
- Proven track record of launching and growing retail businesses within the securities industry.
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape in Vietnam's securities market.
- Skilled in managing a network of accredited securities brokers or partners.
- Strong connections with various securities firms.
- Five years of experience managing retail services at leading Vietnamese securities firms.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
