GHN Logistics, a leading provider of logistics solutions in Vietnam, is expanding into B2B and fulfillment services. As we embark on this new journey, we're seeking a visionary Head of Warehouse to help establish and lead our warehouse and fulfillment operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new service offering, develop efficient processes, and build a scalable infrastructure from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Setup & Strategic Innovation: Design and launch B2B and fulfillment operations, including layout planning, process design, and implementation of automation solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Process Standardization & Optimization: Establish and optimize operational processes and continuous improvement principles to ensure high-quality service for B2B customers.
- Capacity Planning & Scalability: Lead capacity planning efforts and ensure the infrastructure can scale with growing customer demands and business expansion.
- Collaboration & Performance Tracking: Work closely with internal teams and partners to align warehouse operations with business goals, and use KPIs to ensure high performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of warehouse management experience, focusing on building and scaling new warehouse operations.
- Proven track record in launching B2B and fulfillment services, including setting up warehouse processes and implementing automation.
Skills & Attitude
- Strategic Vision: Ability to design and implement long-term, scalable solutions for a new and growing operation.
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects from concept to execution, especially in greenfield operations.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead, motivate teams, and foster collaboration across departments.
- Innovative Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong passion for setting up new systems and driving continuous improvement.
Working Environment & Physical Requirements
- Based in both a warehouse environment and an office setting, with significant time spent overseeing the setup of new operational sites.
- May require extended hours and flexibility as operations scale up.
