Health Safety Environment Engineer

Job Summary:

The HSE Engineer ensures the company adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role involves developing and enforcing HSE policies to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Health and Safety:

• Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend improvements.

Environmental Compliance:

• Ensure operations comply with environmental regulations.
• Implement policies for waste management and pollution control.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess HSE risks.
• Develop strategies to manage and mitigate risks.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain HSE records and prepare performance reports.

Emergency Response:

• Develop and implement emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in environmental engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HSE role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
