Main Responsibility
- New Business Acquisition: Prospect of new business clients, develop engagement strategies with potential clients, build and develop new business introductions and relationships, close new business deals and proceed all relevant documentation to related departments.
- Client Retentions: Arrange client presentations focusing on building and maintaining the relationship with clients, meet with client to discuss on benefit schemes, claim control methods, provide annual renewal quotations and analysis, introduce new services/products/terms and conditions to clients.
- Partner Relations: Develop strong relationship with partners (including corporate agents and brokers) to position Generali brand in group insurance market, timely resolve queries and complains from partners.
- Account management: Manage all documents, handle requests and queries from Clients and Partners related to in-charged accounts, organize meetings (internally/externally) and report back to internal departments.
- Projects: Involve in projects to enhance the current processes, product, underwriting and new initiatives to acquire new clients.
Qualification and Experience Requirement
Bachelor's degree (Major in Business Administration or Economics is an advantage);
Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services Industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with corporate clients.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Group Insurance/Healthcare product.
Customer oriented, teamwork, tenacious and hard working.
Ability to negotiate with partners, corporate clients.
Good communication (verbal and written) both in English and Vietnamese.
Strong MS Office applications, especially in Excel & Power Point.
