JOB PURPOSE:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Key Account Executive located in Hanoi. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for account management, sales operations, and consultative selling in the healthcare industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Build tender quarterly, ensure good execution of all Sales & Marketing programs in assigned territory. Strictly track progress and provide feedback on the programs to upper levels.
- Develop customer database with detailed records of target accounts as hospitals,
- Establish & maintain close relationship with key accounts & develops relationships with decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Actively seek, identify key accounts, healthcare professionals that have greatest effect on use of company product by meeting with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals and constraints related to patient care.
- Build networks of contacts on behalf of the company to stimulate interest in the company's product by attending and participating in conferences, and seminars.
- Strengthens customer relationships by performing sales support activities (e.g., internal and external customer training, launches, and updates)
- Support National Sales Director to implement company's new marketing strategies, including new products prices, promotion, etc.
- Monitor marketing trends and competitors activities in the assigned territories
- Cooperate and support local distributor team
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Account Management, Sales, and Consultative Selling skills
- Experience in Sales Operations and Healthcare
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of oncology and pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Pharma or Medicine
