To become an E-commerce company providing robust technology platforms for merchants and the Cross-Border E-commerce ecosystem, TMZ is introducing technology products Software As A Service, with many interesting highlights and potential for global merchants worldwide.
A. What you do:
As a Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. This role will involve representing our company, developing effective sales processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships globally.
Sales & Market Expansion:
- Proactively search for potential customers from various data sources, including cold data, personal network data, partner channel data, data generated by the marketing team, and convert them into paying customers
- Establish relationships, understand, and absorb customer needs and problems.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in both Vietnamese and global markets.
Process Development:
- Collaborate with the CEO and Project Manager to design, build, and optimize the sales process
- Create and refine sales processes from initial contact to deal closure.
- Monitor and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer issues and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience with our products.
B. Who you are:
- Proven experience in business development and sales B2B, ideally in the SaaS or eCommerce sector.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales
- Have a strong knowledge of pipeline building and sales outbound skills.
- Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English
