Train students to know all the jobs that belong to Housekeeping.
Oversees and directs all aspects of overall Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, Laundry, and other specified back-of-the-house areas.
Delivery of VET by EHL training programs in Rooms and Housekeeping subjects to students of various levels and backgrounds.
Able to impart the importance of taking responsibility for the performance of floor attendants.
Able to train in the organization and facilitation of the room-making process.
Eye for detailed the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest needs.
Ensures that the entire operation is performed per the standards for students and staff.
Able to train on how to effectively manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicate them to the relevant team members.
Teach organized methods for inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
Carry out lost and found procedures.
Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Able to understand employees positions well enough and to perform duties in students or employees absence.
Leading by example in customer service excellence, beyond Rooms and training duties.

YU CU CNG VIC
4-5 years of House Keeping experience in a 5-star hotel (or higher)
Computer proficiency and extensive use of software programs, Microsoft Office, and document control
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written, and comprehension) in both Vietnamese and English, other languages are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant
High degree of stamina, agility, flexibility, and attention to detail
High levels of interaction with all others
