  • Collect HR data / receive personnel needs of other departments to process, make recommendations on recruiting personnel.
  • Implement the recruitment process, support Set-up interviews, participate in the interview as a secretary to select personnel.
  • Collect data on the performance assessment of employees in different departments, propose training for new employees, improve the competency of old employees.
  • Make training plans, budgeting, Set-up training sessions and do an overview after the course.
  • Implement the amendment of the policies, the compensation, the reward / penalty in the enterprise regulations after the decision is made.
  • Control the quit rate, the rate of successful recruitment.
  • Conduct an overall employee assessment according to a quarterly / yearly form.
  • Take notes, control the budget of the Human Resources department.
  • Perform other jobs assigned by HR Manager.
