HR-Admin Supervisor (Fluent Chinese)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records
  • Process payroll, including time off requests, benefits enrollment, and tax deductions
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Help coordinate HR-related activities, such as training sessions and team-building events
  • Respond to general HR-related inquiries from employees
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly documented and communicated
  • Collaborate with other departments to support HR needs
  • Provide backup support for other HR team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition/C&B/Admin roles
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HR software and data analysis
