ABOUT SS & SONS:
SS & Sons is a new member of S&S Group (https://ssgroup.net/), a private-owned ultra-luxury retailer with expertise in haute horology, art of living, fashion and luxury automotive in both Hanoi and HCMC.
SS & Sons is a start-up - a new venture with initial scope of implementing marketing projects and luxury brand development in the pipeline.
We are looking for founding members fearless pioneers who has entrepreneurial spirit and who are keen to use their initiatives to build a unique business from scratch.
ABOUT THE JOB:
The roles and responsibilities of the HR and GA Specialist include but are not limited to:
Compensation & Benefit
Compute monthly payroll, personal income tax, social insurance, bonus/ commission/ allowance in accordance with company policies
Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
Handle HR operations and benefits administration including self-insured, group life, medical insurance as well as expatriate, partner & directors benefits administration
Support to develop and implement C&B Policies and related Program
Manage staff database, labor contract, overtime database
Other tasks assigned by management
Recruitment
Manage full cycle of recruitment process from recruitment requisition, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding
Assist hiring managers in designing job descriptions and interview questions when required
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants; establishing and tapping candidate networks, to research and sourcing of potential candidates
Office Administration
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Organize office layout, and arrange necessary office services to maintain a hygienic, tidy and functional workspace
Support colleagues in business trip in travel, transportation, visa application, accommodation, and other supporting documents
Other tasks assigned by management

Demonstrate exemplary ongoing self-development and personal growth.
Continuously improve knowledge about Watches, Automotives, Fashion and other lifestyle aspects.
Continuously update the changes in accounting regulations relating to assigned tasks

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related fields
Employment/Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR and Admin position
Competencies - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Good knowledge of labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance law and other related regulations
Proficiency in English (minimum 6.5 IELTS band)
Interest and knowledge in art, fashion, gastronomy, architecture is a plus
Skill: Communications, attention to details, able to work under high pressure and with high demand customers
