Job Description

:

Faraday Technology Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a strategic role in supporting our business objectives by providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to assigned departments. You will partner closely with line managers to develop and implement HR initiatives, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR strategies that align with those goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage the employee relations process, including handling employee concerns, conducting investigations, and administering disciplinary actions (in accordance with local laws).
  • Ensure compliance with all Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively identify and address HR risks.
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken) is required.
