Key Duties and responsibilities

As assistant HR and Admin personnel you will be supporting the HR team and also responsible for

HR Functions:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate short listing and interviewing, and onboarding.

- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain up-to-date employee records.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.

- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Administrative Duties:

- Oversee office operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency.

- Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.

- Prepare and support on Daily expense and revenue calculations, check invoices and payments and cross check bank transactions.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection compliance.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
