In this role, you will

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels, social media, job boards, and networking events, to source, attract, and hire top-tier candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit within the organization.
  • Deliver the excellence of service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the journey to bring the high experience of NFQ.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, movements, insights and best practices to continually improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Perform other tasks/ or responsibilities assigned by the direct line manager.

What You Will Bring


  • At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment field, with a passion for attracting top talent to the organization.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent people sense and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Maintain our culture and spirit among the team members; Be the eyes and ears for the BOD; Understand the vibe and mood among the employees and the teams, and inform BOD if any action is needed.
  • Create a fun and positive work environment; Encourage teamwork, build team spirit, be in charge of team building activities, events, workshops, and contest organizing internally and externally for Can Tho office.
  • Work with the related departments (Talent Acquisition, Finance, Community & Branding, etc.) to make sure the daily operations (office admin, labor contracts) of the branch.
  • Document and report the office's monthly expenditures to the Management team; Handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc); and follow up the extension of these contracts.
  • Fluency in English, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
