This role is to supports the Business HR department with daily activities and tasks. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and employee development.

Job Responsibilities / Phm vi cng vic

Support Internal Recruitment

  • Assist in posting job openings on internal job boards.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in collecting required documents (JD, COI, Justification form)
  • Follow up with people managers about myHR process.

Facilitate Staff Events


  • Assist in organizing staff events, including team-building activities, workshops, and celebrations.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Communicate event details to staff and manage RSVPs.
  • Support the execution of events to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Handle Daily HR Tasks


  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements / Yu cu

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
