This role is to supports the Business HR department with daily activities and tasks. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and employee development.

Support Internal Recruitment
- Assist in posting job openings on internal job boards.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in collecting required documents (JD, COI, Justification form)
- Follow up with people managers about myHR process.
Facilitate Staff Events
- Assist in organizing staff events, including team-building activities, workshops, and celebrations.
- Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
- Communicate event details to staff and manage RSVPs.
- Support the execution of events to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Handle Daily HR Tasks
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements / Yu cu
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
