BioMar-Viet Uc (BMVU) is a joint venture between the Danish BioMar Group and the Viet Uc Group, two of the leading suppliers of feed to aquaculture in the world. BioMar-Viet Uc is with a focus on product performance, quality, food safety, and sustainability aiming at becoming the leading supplier to the aquaculture industry in Vietnam. At present BioMar-Viet Uc produces in Ben Tre province. Our Rep Office is located in HCM City Vietnam.
BioMar-Viet Uc is looking for a HR Manager with experience from international companies, who would like to join us realizing an ambitious strategy, delivering high-end products for a sustainable and efficient aquaculture in Vietnam.
As HR Manager you will:
Build and drive the local HR strategy for the business in Vietnam
Ensure we attract and recruit highly qualified people being able to bridge Vietnamese and European culture
Support the development of the staff towards world-leading capabilities within aquaculture feed
Provide business partnering to the managers and the leadership team
Ensure we have a solid practise within compensation & benefits
Lead a small HR team, ensuring local support to the business
Participate in the global HR network across the BioMar companies

Passion to build and develop organizations
International experience and a good level of English
Solid skills driving the entire employee lifecycle
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;
Excellent communication skill
Intimate knowledge of PRC Labour laws and regulations
We expect the right candidate to have a background with at least 5 years experience as HR Manager or HR Business partner, along with a candidate degree in a relevant area.
