- POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will be in full charge of Human Resources in Lectra Vietnam & Cambodia, where there is 65 full time employees in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi and 10 full time employees in Cambodia. Total business turnover for Lectra Vietnam is 20M USD.
Cooperating with COE team members (C&B and TA), the HRBP will play a key role in the HR team, mainly focusing on the implementation and administration of personnel affairs. Be the first contact person in handling daily employee-related issues. He/she will be supporting a range of HR activities for Vietnam & Cambdia employees, including but not limited to Labor regulation and employee relations topics, employee life cycle management, retention & engagement, performance review etc.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Integrated in the Global HR organization, this position works closely as the business partner to the Managing Director in Vietnam to design and develop right and fit organization structures to support business development.
Play a key role of the integration of the two teams and culture change management
Manage key HR process and topics such as performance management, annual salary review and employee communication, etc
Responsible for talent acquisition and identify and hire strong candidates for open positions.
Implement and conduct the new hire orientation program to make sure new hires are effectively onboarded.
Ensure the payroll is made properly with 100% accuracy
Review local compensation structure on annual basis with the consideration of market attractiveness, internal equity and individual performance.
Be in charge of merit increase process and get alignment on the proposal.
Be the partner of management team to drive employee and organizational performance
Support employees and managers of all HR operations, including on-boarding, exit and contract
renew.
Communicate with employees in respect of human resources policies and procedure. Keep abreast of the local statutory regulations and common HR practices, and provide input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices
- POFILE
Bachelor's degree or above.
5+ years of experience as progressive experience in HR Management in a multinational/ high technology /manufacturing International company.
Solid track record in Human resources within a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience gained in multinational company Must be well versed in employment and human resources laws and regulations of Vietnam
Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, with ability to handle multiple tasks and with a high standard of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
High proficiency in Microsoft applications
Native Vietnamese speaker with proficient use of both spoken and written English
