1. Acquire understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives
2. Lead and manage HR team to support site operation.
3. Responsible for the smooth running of all HR operations and functions, including Leadership and Management development, employee education and development, career and succession planning and reward and remuneration policies and the development of the HR team.
4. Establish and maintain a recruitment service which identifies and hires individuals who possess skills and abilities to grow within the department and the company, and who contribute to business goals and objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory and local labor laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues.
6. Coach and build site HR capability and continually improve on HR processes and tools.
7. Fosters trust and teamwork.
8. Promote / build up company culture, increase employee satisfaction level through various employee activities, company culture communication sessions, benefits program and recognition program.
9. Effective communication with corporate/regional HR team to implement corporate initiatives and programs.
10. As the social responsibility system management representative, responsible for the implementation of internal audit plan and management review, to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Requirements:
1. University graduate with major in HR management
2. At least 7 years HR experience with no less than 5 years in manufacturing and people management responsibilities 3. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
4. Good working knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations.
5. Good networking ability with industry HR practitioners.
