Responsibilities
- Manage the full compensation package for the entire group, which includes 05 entities and contractors globally. This involves working effectively with international payroll agents
- Manage and execute all aspects of compensation and benefits programs for employees and contractors (if any) across the group
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company operates in full compliance
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
- Assist with the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and programs, including rewards and recognition projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees and contractors
- Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding HR inquiries
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field
- Proven experience in processing payroll, experience in international complexities
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits processes and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations (a plus)
- Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) (a plus)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
