ROLE OBJECTIVES:

HRO Assistant will be responsible for managing activities related to contractors contain labor management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy. Works closely with clients and contractors under closed supervision to produce services exactly and in a timely manner.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Finance

  • Be responsible for target set for self
  • Follow up payment of clients.
  • Follow up payment to contractors

Customer Services

  • Build and maintain relationship with person in charge of clients and provide quality service

Process/ Function

HR Outsourcing

  • Manage all activities related to the contractors contain Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization.
  • Answer inquiries from contractors and person in charge of clients.
  • Arrange Annual Health Check for contractors.
  • Contact relevant internal departments for special request from clients.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned

JURISDICTION:

  • Be equipped with appropriate training, guidance related to job position in order to have adequate knowledge and skill set to fulfill the assigned tasks
  • Be clearly communicated of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and be correctly assessed with the performance by the line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law) Special cases will be approved by the line manager.
  • At least 1 year of human resources experience, preferably in C&B
  • In addition to the above requirements, preferably in other areas in HR management
  • Must have high level of patience and customer oriented
  • Ability to do multi-tasks.
  • Attention to details and be careful
  • Ability to work proactively under high pressure and problem solving
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Have planning, time management and organization skills
  • Have interpersonal and good English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
