1. JOB PURPOSE
Main purpose of the role is to support HRBP Department on daily basic task as well as understanding the purpose of the job
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of full suite HRBP activities:
Job Posting & Administration
- Review JD of roles assigned, posting job advertisement on websites and other job board
- Review and scanning candidate's CV, mapping skill sets & experiences according to JD
Recruitment administration
- Support to compete candidate profile & employee onboarding process
- Job transfer
HR Enabler
- Support & Implement Objective setting/PA project & EB activities
Reporting
- Reporting HR data & matrix with timely manner
3. REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- University graduated.
- 2-3 years of experience as HRBP functions
Technical skills
- Ability to approach and connect with strangers
- Trust builder
- Business acumen
- Task planning and organizing
Soft skills
- Knowing of Microsoft Office 365, data driven
- Familiarity with social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
