Key Accountabilities
- Building and Implementing HR Strategy
- Advise the CEO on human resource utilization plans that align with budgetary conditions and economic context.
- Coordinate with departments to establish HR plans and budgets based on annual business activities.
- Develop departmental strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Advise departments on organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Organize and control workforce planning and labor efficiency.
- Consult with the executive board on personnel organization matters.
- Develop a competency framework for the company.
- Advise and implement policies in accordance with laws and company strategy.
- Manage labor relations issues in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
2. Building and Implementing Recruitment Plans
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company's strategic direction.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
- Organize and control the implementation of recruitment plans.
- Build the employer brand through annual programs and initiatives.
3. Performance Evaluation (KPI) and Employee Competency Assessment
- Develop evaluation criteria for performance and competency, implementing KPIs regularly.
- Manage performance evaluations and advise the executive board.
- Developing Compensation and Benefits Policies
- Develop competitive compensation and attractive benefits policies.
- Oversee the implementation of salary and bonus regulations.
- Advise on the improvement of salary and benefits systems.
5. Assessing Training Needs and Development Plans
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
- Develop and implement training programs for resource development.
6. Building and Implementing Action Plans
- Advise the executive board on corporate culture development strategies.
- Plan and develop internal communication programs and annual events.
7. Other Responsibilities
- Execute company-wide projects and programs.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff.
- Propose solutions to enhance work efficiency.
Key Requirements
1. Knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management/Business.
- Understanding of labor laws (Labor Law, Trade Union Law, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills:
- Ability to analyze, persuade, and provide strategic HR advice to the CEO.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to connect and engage different management levels.
- Ability to motivate the HR team.
- Skills in organizational development and building systems and processes.
3. Experience: 7+ years in a similar role; candidates with HR experience in retail, cosmetics, or fashion are preferred.
