Scope of responsibilities:
1.Develop, implement, and update Human Resources & General Affairs procedures to support Company in achieving strategic objectives.
2.Develop and implement effective recruitment activities.
3.Manage and develop employee performance & KPIs, including coaching, defining KPIs target, KPIs result and performance evaluation.
4.Analyze compensation and benefit trends, propose competitive salary structures, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
5.Collaborate with department managers to identify the Company needs and improvement actions.
6.Implement succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership.
7.Organize employee engagement activities and events.
8.Manage the implementation of other Human Resources & General Affairs tasks.
