Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in HCMC. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, benefits administration, and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Responsibilities

  • Support C&B activities, including monthly payroll process, documentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation.
  • Address employee queries related to benefits and payroll.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to submit relevant documents such as Labor Report, Report of changing headcount to the authority, etc.
  • Register and resolve issues and concerns about Dependents registration, Social Insurances, etc.
  • Organize, store, arrange, update, and keep confidential of employee's information.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support engagement initiatives
  • Organize key internal events, including Annual Health Checks, Mid-Autumn festival and Traditional Tet Holidays, boosting employee engagement and team cohesion.
  • Maintain employee files and databases.
  • Update personnel records (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations).
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in communicating policy changes to employees.
  • Support compliance efforts
  • Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and manage calendars.
  • Assist other related HR tasks per requirement

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Administration processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • College degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
