Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in HCMC. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, benefits administration, and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Responsibilities
- Support C&B activities, including monthly payroll process, documentations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation.
- Address employee queries related to benefits and payroll.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to submit relevant documents such as Labor Report, Report of changing headcount to the authority, etc.
- Register and resolve issues and concerns about Dependents registration, Social Insurances, etc.
- Organize, store, arrange, update, and keep confidential of employee's information.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support engagement initiatives
- Organize key internal events, including Annual Health Checks, Mid-Autumn festival and Traditional Tet Holidays, boosting employee engagement and team cohesion.
- Maintain employee files and databases.
- Update personnel records (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in communicating policy changes to employees.
- Support compliance efforts
- Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and manage calendars.
- Assist other related HR tasks per requirement
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Administration processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- College degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
