Job Description

ACACY is looking for a HR Change Management Manager position for Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Vietnam (Outsource Labor)

Location: 88 Dong Khoi Street, District 1, HCM

Time: Monday Friday

Report to: HR Director - Business Partner - Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement

Responsibility

1. Change management approach:

- Develop, align and drive for change management plan, included crafting communication strategies

- Define the success metrics and monitor change progress

- Lead experts to build toolkit and framework for change management as well as change communication

- Analyze and manage risk mitigation tactics

2. Change management implementation:

- Build up change management process to support adoption of the changes required by certain initiatives

- Evaluate and ensure impacted people ready before any change

- Lead the discussion and work closely with respective parties to conduct the change management plan in line with SPVB culture & labor regulation

- Lead project team / respective people work stream to execute all related tasks and provide necessary training to users relating to systems implementation project

3. Sustainable Change Impact:

- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and propose solutions to key stakeholders

- Regularly seek feedbacks on stakeholders concerns and ensure stakeholders are satisfied during change management process

4. Others:

- Identify and manage anticipated resistance

- Consult and coach related project teams

- Support and engage senior leader during the change

- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

- Anchor the impact to company culture as the result of change management to define and build up the right culture to support changes

- Own engagement activities, meeting, workshop relating to project, included developing, aligning and implementing recognition scheme

Qualifications

  • Education:

- Bachelor degree

  • Required Experiences:

- Experience in change management in large transformation projects, esp Manufacturing

- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Soft Skills:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good at presentation and influencing skills

- Problem-solving skills

- Result oriented skills

- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

- Problem solving and root cause identification skills

- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

  • Language & Computer & Other

- Good at English

- Strong knowledge in computer applications including word, excel, power point uses
