Organize and participate in short-term and long-term human resource planning for the factory, in accordance with the overall requirements of the group company's human resource development and management.
Develop the factory's recruitment demand plan, organize and follow up on the recruitment and matching of personnel in various departments.
Develop long-term and short-term training plans for the factory, and organize and follow up on the implementation of various training programs within the company.
Establish and improve the factory's compensation and welfare incentive system, and determine personnel salaries.
Develop performance management systems and procedures for each department of the factory, compile relevant systems based on the assessment indicator system, and follow up on the implementation and summary of the performance appraisal system.
Manage the factory's human resources department and all its staff, divide and coordinate work within the department, and promote team building within the department.
Provide services and cooperation for the human resource needs of various departments, including data collection, organization, summarization, and analysis of business-related statistics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in enterprise management, human resources, and related fields.
Over 10 years of experience in the human resources field, with at least 3 years of comprehensive management experience in human resources in large manufacturing factories.
Familiar with relevant national policies and regulations, and knowledgeable in the various functional modules of human resource management.
Possess strategic and tactical thinking, strong planning, and execution abilities.
Have a good sense of service and adaptability, with the ability to handle emergencies.
Preference will be given to those with experience in promoting internal reforms within factories or experience in the large-scale garment manufacturing industry.
