Human Resources Executive

Best HR Solution's client is a Korean company operating in the field of trade / manufacturing and is urgently recruiting candidates for the following positions:

Job order: HR Executive (only Vietnamese)

Replacement recruitment, priority to start working within 1-2 weeks, 2 direct interviews

Working location: Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi

Working form: Full time

Report: Korean Manager

1/ Job description:

• Organize and build company culture (80%)

- Prepare small events such as team building, workshops, events/ campaigns, employee birthday parties/Christmas parties.

- In addition, prepare for CSR activities, encourage employees to participate, prepare cost quotes/ Adjust actual usage amounts, support new OJT participants.

- Use design tools to make posters/videos, decorate bulletin boards in the company.

- Responsible for all activities/events in the company from start to finish

• Recruitment, reporting (20%)

2/ Requirements:

- University graduate

- Priority given to candidates with 5 years of experience in HR position

- Priority given to candidates born around 1990

- Good communication in English (report directly to Korean boss in English)

- Priority given to candidates who are proactive, creative, meticulous
