The Human Resources Senior Executive will support HR operations for KARL STORZ Endoscopy Vietnam employees and corporate HR events, fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, coordinating payroll with an external provider, and driving innovative HR initiatives that attract and retain talent, supporting the company's growth and engagement goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive employee relations, addressing issues proactively and ensuring transparent communication.
- Design initiatives that foster a productive and cohesive workplace, enhancing long-term employee engagement.
- Plan corporate events such as team building, special events, etc.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet talent needs, leveraging creative recruitment strategies to strengthen employer branding.
- Support on employee onboarding and offboarding due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, continuously improving processes to support growth and agility.
- Oversee accurate payroll submission with external providers, resolving discrepancies and managing payroll-related inquiries.
- Support impactful training programs, innovating to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or related roles, with a focus on innovation in HR processes (prior HR experience is preferred but not required).
- Creative problem-solving, relationship management, excellent communication, and an aptitude for process improvement and innovation.
