Role Description

This is a contract role for a Human Resources Executive at Wink Hotels in Ninh Kieu. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources responsibilities on-site.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in HR is a plus
