Responsibilities
C&B ( 80%):
oAssure timely and accurate C&B task including Timesheet, Allowances, Payroll, Bonus processing, Social insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT), Trade Union,
oControl employees time sheets/attendance and reconcile with Payroll.
oControl & make sure the precise of monthly Payroll
oFollow-up of Annual leave.
oManage hard and soft copies of Employee's Records.
oMake Social Insurance Reports (increase/decrease, maternity/sickness, etc.)
oComplete the employee's profile for PIT code, register for dependent relief, and PIT finalization.
oManage and carry out work related to the Trade Union and Trade Union Fund expenses
oImplement procedures for contract termination, salary increase, disciplinary action, etc. for employees in accordance with Labor laws.
oKeep track on Employee's labor/service contracts; ensure staff's labor (service) contracts were renewed on time and in accordance with regulations.
oFrequently update regulations related to Labor Laws, wage, PIT, SHUI,... to advise and propose to the Manager reasonable new policies (if any).
oFollow and renew Healthcare: Annual health check-up, Premium Health Insurance contract for employees.
oPrepare internal report (costing report, Headcount report, OT alert, productivity), and external report (if need).
oServe as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems and policies.
oSupport HR team in organizing Company's activities: Year-end party, Team Outing,.
oOther tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Admin (20%)
oServe as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
oOrganize and schedule meetings and appointments.
oCoordinate with IT department on all office assets management
oManage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
oProvide general support to visitors.
oConsolidate invoices, receipts and expense payment records each month.
Requirements
oOver 3 years of experience related work experience as a Human Resources Generalist (C&B)
oBachelor's degree with specialization in Human Resources, Accountant or others related field
oGood knowledge in Labor law, Social insurance law, PIT and other regulations related with C&B and/or HR management field
oAdvanced skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word
oStrong level of influence and negotiation skills
oAble to work under high pressure and intensity
oProficient in English skills (prefer)
