Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional HR Generalist to support our HR operations across Indonesia/Vietnam. The Regional HR will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives, managing day-to-day HR activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HR activities and processes within their respective region.
  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees in the region.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, facilitating sessions in local language and organizing training sessions.
  • Assist with HR compliance efforts, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and regional management to address HR-related issues and implement best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a related role, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
  • English and local language proficiency
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally within the region, as needed.
