Job Description

Established in 2014, we are a leading digital transformation enabler in the small and medium enterprise, or the SME segment of the e-commerce enablement and digital optimizing services market in Singapore. We offer business and technology solutions which are designed to optimize our clients experiences with their customers by driving digital adoption and self-service.

The Role

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding of new hires.
  • Support the payroll process by verifying calculation of salaries, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Assist with tax preparations and submissions in a timely manner.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate databases such as personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management related field.
  • Sound knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Advantage with Accounting background.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken) to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
