Role Description
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) at B N Hills Golf Club is pivotal in managing all HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The HRM oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll, and benefits administration. This role will work closely with department heads to support the club's strategic goals through effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive working environment and promote an open-door policy.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems and processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback.
- Work with department heads to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Training & Development:
- Identify employee training needs and create development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate compensation processes.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Regularly review and adjust compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.
Compliance & Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and contracts.
Workplace Safety:
- Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement safety training and protocols.
HR Data & Reporting:
- Maintain HR databases and generate regular reports on key metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Use HR data analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English is preferred.
