Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including attendance, salary, social insurance, personnel, benefits, union, training;
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Administer compensation structure and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources
- Experienced in manufacturing companies in the garment industry
- Good command of English;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
