What is the job about

You will be joining the pre-opening team. Firstly...you will be focused on recruiting amazing people, and then training them to be even more amazing!

Then...all the other HR stuff!

***This role has the potential be become a Cluster Director in approximately 6 months.

What you need

• Most importantly - you must be an honest and supportive leader that genuinely cares about the team.
• Recruitment, training, and employee relations skills
• Knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR policies
• Experience in HR administration and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English
