Job Summary:
Your role will involve managing government reporting, statutory filings, and new entity registrations, as well as handling hardcopy documentation like offer letters and employment contracts. You will ensure you comply with Vietnamese regulations and facilitate smooth communication between Employee and Employer Representatives during Dialogue Session meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage government reporting, statutory filings, and new entity registrations in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Handle hardcopy documentation, including the issuance of offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring accurate wet signatures from new joiners.
- Collaborate with Employee and Employer Representatives for Dialogue Session meetings.
- Enhance operational processes in alignment with company policies and local regulations.
- Create and maintain process documentation and provide training to colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, particularly during large-scale hiring.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations.
