ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Engineering, Estate Management who will ensure smooth and effective daily operations within the industrial park. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial park management.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations within the industrial park.
- Conduct regular inspections, manage checklists, and monitor technical systems including mechanical and electrical systems, infrastructure, buildings, and landscape to ensure they function optimally and promote energy efficiency.
- Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance on technical systems, including electricity, water, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, cameras, fire protection, landscape, and infrastructure.
- Monitor equipment status and report to department management, developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors involved in maintenance and repair tasks.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Implement and enforce labor safety and fire prevention regulations, monitoring compliance for tenants, guests, and workers within the industrial park.
- Handle additional technical tasks and projects as assigned by the department manager.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial park management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is advantageous.
- Must reside within a 10 km radius of Yen My Industrial Park in Hung Yen.
