With the plan of growing quickly, CitizenDev is highly in need of a Business Analyst.
A Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Report to: CEO.
Minimum working hours: 40h/week - Full-time only
Working method: Hybrid work (both online and offline).
Starting time: As soon as possible.

- Starting net salaries: 12.000.000 VND - 16.000.000 VND/month.
The salary can even be higher if you can prove your abilities, this is totally negotiable.

Responsibilities
Keep in mind that you are not required to know everything in the JD. The qualifications are what matters.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Developer to build work break-down, wireframes, and other technical documents for development.
- Research and build an internal library for reuse and work with PMs during the solution design phase.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Have 1.5 years of experience in the area.
- Solid understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Proficient in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English: Equivalent of 6.5 IELTS or being able to express complex thoughts and opinions in both verbal and written form about not everyday-common subjects.
- Being a good self-learner.
- Being result-oriented and self-driven.
- Analytical thinking and systematic mindset.
- Good understanding of website and web application components and structure.
- Effective and clear communication in a fast-paced team environment.
- Being able to get along with an Agile environment.
- Long-term commitment.
Great-to-haves:
- Experience in working with no-code or low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis.
- Experience with process modeling and workflow design.
- Humor. Especially pop culture relevance.
