2. RESPONSIBILITIES- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide insights that contribute to product development decisions.
- Documentation: Assist in documenting product requirements, specifications, and user stories, ensuring clarity for the development team.
- Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to facilitate the smooth execution of product initiatives.
- User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback, contributing to the refinement of product features and improvements.
- Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities to build foundational skills in product management and contribute to team success.
3. REQUIREMENT- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of product management experience
- Possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- A passion & expertise for web/mobile platforms and technologies.
- Great communication skills and an ability to explain your design decisions clearly, including the problem you are solving, alternative options you considered, and preferred solutions.
- An interest in high-level product strategy and vision and a recognition of how your work can impact it.
- Experience building and shipping products from the ground up is a plus.
- Organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
