Job description
- Monitor import shipment & customs clearance: from shipping date to warehouse date, ensure in time at the request of related teams & no storage, demurrage & detention cost
- HS code & tariff management (ensure customs declaration with correct HS code & tariff as well as full FTA tariff application)
- Control import duty payment on time & adequately
- Import expense verification& payment booked in system fully & correctly
- Weekly cross-check C/O to avoid errors & risks
- Prepare documents for import price consultation with customs
- Monitor specialized quality checking procedures by government authorities for imported CBU
- Follow up collecting original shipping documents & original contracts from overseas suppliers
- Customs document filing: adequate & transfer to Accounting team in time
- Insurance control and claim for import insurance if any
Job requirement:
- Have 23 years of working experience in Import field
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
- Attention to detail, high sense of responsibilities
- Willing to handle urgent tasks or work overtime
