Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales professional at 365 Travel in nh Ba. The Inbound Sales role will involve managing customer inquiries, providing sales assistance, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and offering customer support for travel bookings.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Customer Experience skills
- Sales and Customer Support abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
