We're hiring a full-time Content & Community Curator, with flexible remote options. This role will play a key part in developing, planning, and executing influencer marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia. We're looking for someone who brings a blend of creativity, customer focus, analytical insight, and social media expertise, along with the ability to build strong relationships with content creators, clients, and team members. Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate influencer campaigns, acting as a point of contact for clients and influencers
- Develop strategies and KPIs to grow and engage our influencer community and social media presence
- Identify and evaluate new influencers, building and maintaining relationships
- Strengthen connections with existing influencers to foster long-term partnerships
- Contribute to process improvements by enhancing operational workflows and addressing inefficiencies
- Bring creative ideas to life by proposing innovative marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to pitch and conceptualize exciting campaign ideas
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency
- Process influencer payments accurately and on schedule
- Address crises effectively, if and when they arise
- Conduct social media and influencer research to support talent forecasting
- Collaborate with the team to provide proactive support
- Take on additional responsibilities as required within the role's scope
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a knack for content creation and social media trends
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to work well with content creators, clients, and colleagues
- Experience in project management, with strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach
- Analytical skills to interpret data, metrics, and insights for campaign optimization
- Creative, innovative mindset with a focus on achieving goals and benchmarks
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
